High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC; formerly referred to as high-pressure liquid chromatography), is a technique in analytical chemistry used to separate, identify, and quantify each component in a mixture. HPLC can measure the concentration of objects, but cannot explain what the object is.
Mass spectrometry using ESI is called electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) or, less commonly, electrospray mass spectrometry (ES-MS). ESI is a so-called ‘soft ionization’ technique, since there is very little fragmentation.MS-ESI can test the molecular weight of the object, on the other side, MS-ESI can explain the what the object is.
3. Labmax test kits
The Labmax kits is cheap and very reliable alternative to expensive laboratory testing like HPLC, ESI-MS and NMR. It can tells us whether or not the test sample contains the correct chemical and can not give you concentration of the substance.
4. NMR spectrometry
Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) is a physical phenomenon in which nuclei in a magnetic field absorb and re-emit electromagnetic radiation. NMR is considered the most accurate test which can also measure the purity and explain the structure of products. However, NMR spectrometry is widely regarded as the most expensive test in pharmaceuticals industry.
